I've really enjoyed the past 7 months I've been doing classes at Brick House. All the coaches are great and very welcoming! The classes are at convenient times. After an exhausting day at work, it feels so good to just go in and know I'm going to get a solid workout. It's the best stress relief for me after a tough day.
