Very unhelpful! Why have a chair for sale in store when you can't sell the floor stock and the wait is around 14-15 weeks for more stock to come in? Equally as unhelpful when my daughter went in to get beside tables and they didn't have any. Was then quoted some hideous price to ship them regionally.

Cheap garbage that is not worth the money! I can’t recommend to avoid Early Settler products enough. We purchased a table from the Kotara store 18 months ago and have had constant issues with it. Initially the company was good about it and replaced the first table. The second table has suffered the exact same issue and now they are pulling the warranty card, despite there being a clear design fault with the product. Early Settler advised they would organise a technician to review the table. They arranged for The Leather Doctor to review the product. Upon inspection, the technician advised that the wood used was not strong enough to handle to the design and that it was a product failure. I then had to chase Early Settler for a response to how they would handle this issue, to which the reply was that the technician had identified a user fault by myself and that the repair would cost me $400-$500. If you are wanting to buy quality products, walk straight past this store!

Our salesperson Kelly was so helpful and had excellent rapport with all customers she was engaged with we noticed on the day of purchase. She explained she had only been there for 2 weeks and we thought she was a great addition to your store!

Shocking customer service and stock availability really dissapointed with this company. Purchased an outdoor table online and was notified 4-5week wait for delivery, which was fine that would mean mid Nov was due which is good time seeing as though we are hosting Xmas this year. When I went into store to just check on the ETA as I hadn’t had an update in that 5 week time frame, I was told by staff that it wasn’t going to come until another 12weeks. Nothing that I could have done other than cancel the order and get a refund. This had pushed us back as it was now close to Xmas and trying to order elsewhere meant it really stuffed us around that fact there was no update.

Lovely furniture and homewares with great service from really friendly and helpful staff. Staff took time to gets facts on how the item would weather and wear and what maintenance would be required.
