Go-to hot yoga spot in Nashville. I love the location, the aesthetic and the community. No fake friendly instructors but genuinely kind people. Kelly is my personal favorite instructor. Ally is great if you're into breathing techniques and some astro inspiration. They also provide mats which is super convenient. Take the hot power flow if you are experienced with yoga for a fun flow and great sweat. Take the slower pace classes if you are new and need some help with alignment and postures during the poses. I only wish they had showers so I go go straight to work after class.
Love this studio. The space is stunning. Parking is easy. I love the offerings from Yin to Strength classes, and I've enjoyed every class and every instructor I've taken class with.
Absolutely love this studio! The temperature is perfect, the playlists are always amazing, and the instructors create such a seamless, energizing flow. Every class feels intentional and welcoming. Honestly one of my favorite places to practice.
Live this studio! Just signed up recently but have an attended a few classes and each one has been great. The teachers create a nice flow and I love that almost every class is heated, that’s hard to find. Beautiful space with lots of room. Happy to be apart of Highland!
Love this studio! I joined while living in Atlanta and am so excited they opened in Nashville! The classes are the perfect flow/cadence developed for all levels. You know what you will get out of every class (workout-wise)! The studio is a calm, soothing and clean environment, which is a wonderful place to come to during our busy days. They have parking validation and mats to borrow! All of the instructors are so nice and welcoming. They all have slightly different ways of teaching. The instructors allow you to modify or add when needed!
