LFBA Studios at The Alameda is one of the nicest studios I’ve been to. The space is aesthetically stunning, super clean, open and spacious, which immediately makes the experience feel elevated and welcoming. The Megaformer machines are high quality and well maintained, making every workout feel smooth and effective. The instructors (Nicolina, Nancy, & Cynthia being my favorites) are truly what make this place special—they’re extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful, always giving clear cues, offering form corrections and modifications when needed, and making sure everyone feels supported. You never feel lost or intimidated. And the playlists are so good—perfectly complementing the intensity of each class and keeping you motivated throughout. As someone who is new to Lagree, I will say it is challenging, so be prepared. Think of it as Pilates in slow motion, where every movement is controlled and deeply engages your muscles. It’s tough, but also really rewarding. If you’re looking for a great workout and a fun but challenging experience, Lagree at LFBA Studios is an absolute must-try. You’ll feel it—in the best way.
