Went for a free day pass to try out the pool and facilities. Changing room is very clean and bright to start with! No foul smell etc. The pool is of good size with 3 lanes for different swimming needs. Sauna and steam is in good state too. The -1 star is that they don’t have day pass / swimming only memberships. The reception team members and managers are all very friendly and making connections with locals and regular members, which is not commonly seen nowadays with gyms! No reviews on the gym equipments as didn’t get in there.

Just tried the dual instructor spin class for National Fitness Day (this is a one off session) – such a great session with amazing energy from Sarah and Nathan! I do their individual classes regularly and they’re always fab with great music and always leave knowing I’ve had a good workout!. If you’re up for a challenge and love a hybrid-style workout, don’t miss the 06:45 Monday morning session. Highly recommend! 🙂

I 💚 Nuffield Gym it feels like my own private Health Club wt lots of great classes like yoga, pilates & body balance which nurture my spirit as well as my body & mind. There are many other fitness ones but these are my favourites. I love the community feel here & the pool, steam & sauna facilities. Everyone is really friendly. Really good gym, excellent deals going on till the end of the year which makes it very affordable, swimming pool & sauna included. Alisson, Jemma & Emma were extremely helpful with dealing with out queries and so nice. Would recommend ☺️

This gym is super friendly , the classes are very good and great variety. I've tried most things that have taken my attention and been happy. The pool is lovely, the changing rooms, showers, toilet are spotless. The only time I have seen the sauna and steam closed have been when the team are doing a deep clean. There are no folk taking pics or posing about. Everyone is very friendly and respectful of each other.
