I recently had an injury in my elbow while lifting at the gym, feeling a pop in my elbow. I have seen Dr. Bree working with many clients at my gym, she had just finished working with someone and was so helpful in answering some of my questions and taking a look at my elbow during her personal time. Several days later the pain and range of movement had become significantly worse. I contacted Dr. Bree to see if she would be able to schedule me over the next few days so I could hopefully determine the extent/severity of the injury and come up with a plan moving forward. I had zero desire to deal with my primary care provider, insurance, referrals, etc. and the inevitable long wait associated with that process. She got me on her schedule the next day along with a thoughtful initial diagnosis and recommendations for the next 24 hours. My session with her exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thorough in evaluating all possibilities while explaining what she was doing and looking for each step of the way. She was able to diagnosis the injury, helped me understand the science behind it and come up with a comprehensive rehabilitation plan. She also sent a detailed email after our session with even more details and information. Hopefully I will never have to book another session with Dr. Bree again (I hate being injured), but if I do I know I couldn’t choose anyone better. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bree to anyone who has experienced an injury and/or is looking for a physical therapist/trainer. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and empathetic.
I recently started seeing Dr. Bree for back issues (Spondylolysis, spinal stenosis, and bulging discs) about a month ago. I've been going to physical therapy since 2010 for these issues and have never had someone as present and focused as Dr. Bree. I've struggled to move my body because of these injuries, but she has been able to safely guide me through exercises and is SO knowledgeable. She is generous with her time, attention, and energy. She makes you feel like you are the most important person during your time together. Dr. Bree has given me hope for the future, something I haven't had in a LONG time. Don't hesitate to reach out to her if you are on the fence, I promise you won't regret it.
I have been working with Dr. Bree for the last two years and she has been by my side during my fitness/running journey. I have been able to celebrate my come back from a herniated L5 S1 disc herniation and focus on proper lifting/strength exercises through her training. My favorite thing about working with her is being able to ask her any question that I have about fitness/health/emotional support and all of the above. When we train, she explains the science and anatomy behind the exercises and is the most resourceful and knowledgeable PT that I know. She has helped me continue to chase goals that I never imagined I could do. Dr. Bree has helped me get new personal records in the 5k, half marathon and even my most recent first full marathon.
