Great Customer Service!!!! Needed to buy a present and had no idea what to get, Katie recommended some books based on other authors and they were a huge success.

I wanted to preorder a book for my partner and was helped at the desk by Sienna P. They were an amazing help every step of the way and guided me through the process quickly and efficiently. I left confident in the information I'd recieved and astounded at how polite and conscientious the staff were. Overall great experience and will definitely be returning here again.

Horrible interaction from staff today. Walked up to the counter to purchase some textbooks (I buy physical and digital textbooks regularly, which I use for my teaching business, I don't need physical copies but I like to have a few physical copies of certain texts sitting around), the tall woman at the counter immediately started talking in a very friendly fashion to a different customer who was after me in the queue, she couldn't even be bothered to say hello or make eye contact at all. It was just a very rude. Greeting customers in a nice way is a retail basic. The only reason I actually go to the brick and mortar store is because occasionally the staff help me if I am after specific things, if there is no customer service there is no reason to come to a physical store, I'll likely return the books and get them through an online store.

One of my favourite bookshops. Small but packed with stock and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Be aware when visiting that due to the size of the shop, staff may need to implement a one-in-one-out strategy to keep in line with COVID restrictions. They did this efficiently last time I visited.
