I came across this gym on Instagram. The people on the reel did not seem too intimidating and the place looks welcoming and clean so I decided to sign up for a free trial on their website. Tried it! Loved it! Signing up for their monthly membership as soon as I come back from vacation. Can't wait to work out with them! During my trial class, Coach Alex was very attentive and gave me extra attention as I am new to working out. One of the members, Erica, partnered up with me during class and reminded me what the workout for each station was. Everyone was so welcoming. Oh, check out their bathroom! It's pretty cool and great for selfies lol
UNBOUND is more than a just a gym , it’s a beautiful community! Full of laughter, love, FUN, dancing, MUSIC💗 and truly my place where I go to just BE MYSELF, CHALLENGE myself and RELIEVE so much stress. The people are so welcoming to all levels and overall anyone and everyone. Coach Alex and Aracely’s HIIT classes are so AMAZING because they switch it up each time and you never feel like you’re doing the same workout all the time. You’re working out every inch of your body giving you a FULL BODY workout throughout the week. I also take Rumba Saturday mornings with David to get a little weekend cardio sesh. HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for a motivating gym that won’t let you quit on yourself and accepts everyone for who they are.
I absolutely love this gym! Alex is an outstanding coach who genuinely cares about every member and pushes you to reach your full potential. She’s always welcoming, encouraging, and her classes are thoughtfully designed to target specific muscle groups. I’m constantly impressed by how organized they are and I can’t recall ever repeating all the same workouts in one class , which speaks volumes about the time and effort she puts into creating fresh, challenging stations. Alex pays close attention to form, giving helpful corrections and motivating you to lift heavier when she knows you’re ready. Her positive energy makes every class something to look forward to. Astrid is just as amazing, always ready to answer questions with a smile and eager to hear feedback. She radiates warmth and brings an uplifting vibe to the whole gym. Chris brings incredible warmth, positivity, and energy to the gym. She treats everyone who walks through the door with genuine kindness and respect. Even though I haven’t personally taken her classes, I’ve watched her coach and wow, does she light up the room with her energy! The whole MBS crew is awesome and brings so much fun to their workouts! Major brings incredible energy to every class! You’ll definitely get a great workout, and his sessions are perfect if you want to learn or sharpen your boxing skills. I highly recommend taking his classes! If you’re looking for a supportive, motivating environment with incredible coaches, I can’t recommend this gym enough!
Unbound Fitness & Wellness is amazing! I don’t think I have ever felt as comfortable going to the gym as I do now at unbound. The coaches and members are always so helpful and make working out fun. I think one of the biggest pros for me is that even in group classes that I’m able to ask for help with techniques to ensure that I’m doing the workout correctly. The workouts change everyday working out different muscles. Definitely worth checking out this gym!!
