I received high quality care from Dr. Bucher, nurse Nichole, and other staff members I interacted with at Virginia Mason UW primary care. I came in with severe pain and immediately received compassionate care, testing, and within 24 hours had answers and next-steps provided to me. I deeply appreciate their help. Thank you!

Virgins Mason The service at that clinic is terrible. We pay too much for insurance to receive such poor care. The service is awful starting from the front desk; the doctors always run late even when you have an appointment, and some barely examine you for three minutes before sending you off without explaining anything. I do not recommend this clinic at all. That’s why I switched to Kaiser.” When you call on the phone, the receptionist doesn’t even ask you anything politely — it feels as if they’re doing you a favor.”

Over a year ago I switched our children to a new pediatrician after a dramatic decrease in quality of service over 6 years. Despite calling FIVE times informing them of this change, they won’t stop harassing us with phone calls and letters about our children’s lack of recent well child visits at their office. Each time I call the person acknowledges the prior notes that we no longer see providers at their office and assure us it won’t happen again - yet the calls and letters NEVER stop. Further confirms my desire to never go back to this Pediatrician’s office.

Had to reconsider my annual visit here after 10 years of receiving good service. Checked in early (45 mins early) for my schedule, was told to come back after 30 mins which I did on time, and waited for another 45 mins seated in front of the front desk without any advise, decided to leave the facility after getting no response from any of the staff.

Had my annual physical here with Dr.Conkling and her assistant, Bindi (I think), and both were phenomenal. Dr. Conkling was very approachable, personable and took the time to talk through my concerns. I've never had such a phenomenal medical experience! Highly recommend! Also yes, the front desk staff isn't the best. I have a feeling that they're really understaffed and tired.
