I love coming to classes with the fabulous instructors! Amanda and Eesha are amazing and make such an effort to be inclusive for all abilities and body types, and they really strive to make yoga accessible to every person who walks in the door. They're always happy to answer questions and try to help us get the most out of our practice. The restorative classes are amazing for my mental health, and the flow classes feel great- challenging on just the right level with plenty of variety and options to meet individual needs. Yoga District itself is affordable (especially compared to other local places) and has a wide variety of classes for people who aren't into what I'll call the "athletic yoga" you see across Durham. It feels safe to just be who I am and practice in a way that feels good in my body. Edit: thank you so much for taking my criticism into consideration and acting on it! I (and my back) truly appreciate it! I also want to add that, with the current weather, YD has also been great about notifying ASAP about cancelled classes and crediting those classes to folks' accounts. Thanks so much for keeping teachers and students safe!
